Turning the experience of healing into a visual journey.
We created this custom website from the ground up for a solo mental health practice, designing it to mirror the story of therapy. As visitors scroll, the visual environment moves naturally from darker tones into warm light. We wove the client logo into custom interface details and included photos of meaningful local spots. The result is a calm, welcoming space that helps nervous new clients feel safe taking that first step toward care.
Saving peak giving season by fixing a broken donation path.
For a Portland nonprofit building micro-villages for unsheltered adults, a broken plugin meant gifts were failing without warning. Working within a tight client scope, we fixed the payment pipeline right before Give!Guide opened, redesigned four high impact pages, and established ongoing site stewardship.
Driving over $100k in bookings with an authentic Webflow build.
We built a Webflow site brought to life with original photography of the owner and salon space, pairing an editorial feel with an integrated booking engine. Since launch, the platform has generated over $100,000 in online reservations while serving as an ongoing marketing hub for their client base.
Establishing a visual brand and custom Webflow platform.
Starting with only a bare-bones Google Site for content, we built this PR firm’s visual identity and design system from the ground up. To meet a strict sponsorship deadline, we delivered a four-page Webflow site featuring her updated case studies, service offerings, and an integrated booking workflow.
One jar of jam, released at the edge of space and followed all the way down.
The studio’s own founder as the client: a personal site that had to hold three trainings in one story without turning into a résumé. We built the whole field of concepts to real depth, picked one, and iterated it until it could carry a domain. A hand-rolled static page, no framework, live on the founder’s own domain, with every concept round on the case study, clickable.

With an optional care plan we stay on as your tech team: your site kept up, backed up, and healthy, with no midnight crashes and no technical side for you to carry. Every plan reports in plain language, and the higher the tier, the more hands-on work we do inside the site itself. You deliver the care in the room; we deliver it to the site. The Magnetic Grove package starts at $9,999, and care runs $300 to $900 a month.
Tend
Uptime, updates, backups, security, and a monthly site health and analytics report in plain language. Includes basic edits to existing pages: swapping a photo, changing text, fixing a detail.
Grow
Everything in Tend, plus technical SEO, keyword analysis and ongoing optimization. The monthly strategy call reads your analytics and site performance together and picks off the low-hanging improvements first.
Flourish
Everything in Grow, plus design evolution: new pages built for specific intentions, A/B testing, and your marketing wired together so email, social and the site run as one system rather than three jobs. Measured against your bookings, not vanity metrics.
Do I need a maintenance plan?
No. It is never required. If you would rather run the site yourself after launch, we hand you the keys: logins, ownership, domain, hosting, all of it, so your site is never held hostage by a developer or an agency. You can always come back later if you decide you would rather not think about it.
